I know....but one glass of plonk and I'm just about bladdered.... Any fags are bad, but I do try to limit them....However, on a day like today I could easily smoke, get pissed and have unbridled passionate sex with some poor unfortunate....throw in some nipple clamps and mind altering drugs and it sounds like a good night.... Tis been a bit of a day and I'm fed up

I normally unwind by going for a run in the day, as I normally work from home, but lately I'm up early and home late. I'm fooking knackered.

You take care of yourself chicks.... I can cope with work, and I can cope with family....when its both together there isn't enough of me to go round....if you know what I mean You make sure you get some time out...

LA i gave up 40yrs ago ... the way i found was to delay the next fag.."ie" IF TYOU HAD ONE BEFORE BREAKY TELL YOUR BRAIN TO WAIT until after breaky then when that time comes, tell your brain, wait till morning tea..etc, carry on for the rest of your life. delaying the, next/firstone normal craving will disappear when you start coughing up the black tar from your lungs, mine started after about 6 months.

Ive been smoke free for 3 days. Only problem now I seem to have a fkin chest infection. The irony. Smoked for 15 years never really had chest problems quit for a couple of days and I'm dying.

No question Embers, I dropped the fags and was working out 6 times a week, completely changed my lifestyle in one moment.. But just as quickly, it changed back.
